Ganache Restaurant is introducing a new and exciting concept in dining on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.       While serving a limited menu of appetizers, small plates and entrees from our dinner menu on these two evenings during the week, our culinary team will also offer customized wine dinners that will vary depending on seasonal availability of items and guest's tastes. One night you may have the opportunity for a three course dinner and other nights you may want to go all out for a five course customized wine dinner just for you and your guests!

 

The dishes that awarded Ganache a top ten finish in the Casual Dining category will be featured as a four course flight of local inspiration or individually for your enjoyment from June 17th to July 15th at all dinner services! 

First course: "Mojito", made with CatDaddy Moonshine, mint, mango nectar & a spherical 'blackberry'

Second course: "Three Bean Vegetable Minestrone", local vegetables in a crisp broth with a selection of North Carolina's finest beans

Third course: "Chestnut Crusted Black Bass", a roasted NC raised black bass coated in a local chestnut meal, served with Rudd Farm grilled redskin potato salad, pickled green beans, heirloom peppers & tomatoes, garnished with a sweet onion vinaigrette

Dessert: "Strawberry Napoleon", a tribute to the Rudd Farm Strawberry, thin filo dough layered with thin slices of strawberry, a strawberry infused pastry cream & garnished with strawberry vodka creme anglaise & puree of strawberry
